Over the past 5 years my enthusiasm for travel has developed into a passion. I Love learning about new places and what the world has to offer. After a long Europe trip, my next mission was to get to South America, by then my mind had expanded and was open to bigger and better things. I have always been so eager to explore nature’s wonders, and South America is without a doubt the best place to do so.
My time in South America was a 6 week whirlwind, I was always in awe of the beauty in front of me. Especially after trekking for 4 days and arriving at the sun gate to see my first glimpse Machu Picchu – now that was surreal! A challenge I thought I would never be able to accomplish and felt overwhelmed once I had done it. The rest of my travels in South America consisted of the isolation and incredible landscape of the Bolivian Salt flats, the magical feeling of being in the Amazon rain forest, the impressive natural wonder of Iguazu Falls, immersing myself in the culture, food and shopping in Buenos Aires and enjoying the relaxation of the gorgeous beaches that lay along the Brazilian coastline, all doing so while meeting new friends and enjoying one to many pisco sours!
I know that will not be my last trip to South America and I am already planning out my next adventure to go back.
Argentina: Buenos Aires, Iguazu Falls.
Bolivia: La Paz, Uyuni (Salt Flats)
Brazil: Rio de Janeiro, Ilha Grande, Iguassu Falls.
