Awasi Atacama, situated in the historic desert town of San Pedro de Atacama, is an intimate luxury retreat that truly lives up to its name, a Quechua word meaning home. Constructed in a circular layout and designed using native materials, the resort comprises ten enchanting cottages.
Each cottage is assigned a 4WD vehicle and a private guide who will arrange customised excursions for guests, selected from an extensive menu of wonderful experiences. The cuisine is as impressive as the hotel. The professional chef has designed a sophisticated menu that is a fusion of Altiplano and international food, providing you with a taste of new flavours and aromas obtained from typical ingredients of the area.

Rooms
This luxurious suite is built of stone, adobe and wood and has a thatched roof. The suite is 67 square metres and has a king bed or two twin bed configuration. The suite contains a private patio, reading lounge, desk, outdoor shower. The ensuite bathroom contains a bathtub and shower with two vanity sinks, separate toilet, toiletries, hairdryer and bathrobe. All guests have complimentary wifi.
The Rectangular Suite is built of stone, adobe and wood and has a thatched roof. These rooms are located separate from the common areas as the hotel is separated by a road. The suite is 60 square metres and enjoys a private patio, reading lounge, desk, outdoor shower and walk in closet. The large en-suite bathroom has a bathtub and shower along with two vanity sinks, separate toilet, toiletries, bathrobes and a hairdryer. All guests have complimentary wifi and a safe.
