Travel Specialist

With over 20 years experience in the travel industry, I’ve worked across a range of roles including retail and corporate travel, events, group travel, and specialist touring. My passion for South America began early in my career with South America Travel Centre and has continued through my work in adventure travel and self-guided journeys. I’m thrilled to return to Tailor-Made Journeys to once again specialise in South and Central America, with plans to expand into Antarctica and the Arctic following upcoming educational travel.

Growing up, I always had a keen interest and curiosity about other countries and cultures. As a teenager, I would spend my time flicking through travel guides and picture books, imagining what it would be like to travel to these places while saving up all my earnings. I made my first trip solo overseas at 17 and from there, my love for travel grew substantially. On return, I was immediately planning and saving for my next adventure. I love empowering my clients to travel to destinations which are outside of their comfort zone, tailoring a journey which I know will inspire them. Knowing I can remove the stress of planning and give clients the confidence to explore such an incredible region is what makes this work so rewarding.
