Explora Torres del Paine Conservation Reserve is a new Explora lodge set to open in late 2026. It is located at the heart of the private Explora Conservation Reserve, which encompasses nearly 6,000 hectares of protected Patagonian wilderness. This lodge offers a distinct and exclusive way to experience Patagonia: off the map, away from the crowds, and surrounded by untamed wilderness. The lodge is surrounded by active conservation projects, free-moving native wildlife, and the enduring traditions of gaucho life. Designed to make travellers feel at home within Patagonia’s immensity, Explora Torres del Paine Conservation Reserve features just ten rooms. Each acts as a sanctuary of calm in which you can rest and recharge while still feeling fully immersed in the surrounding landscape via panoramic views of the Torres del Paine peaks. Explore not only the icons, but also the lesser-known corners of this area through a variety of guided explorations, before returning to indulge in Patagonian cuisine that honours gaucho heritage and the landscape.

Lodge Rooms
There are only 10 rooms at Explora Torres del Paine Conservation Reserve, each measuring 25 square metres and featuring incredible views of the mountains or forest. The bed can be configured as a king or two twins, and the rooms feature a bathroom with shower and bath, and a desk.
Excursions
Discover differing perspectives of the Patagonian landscape via immersive, small group guided explorations of no more than eight guests. These explorations are designed and operated by Explora, and each evening, an Explora guide will help you plan your next day’s journey according to your interests and comfort level. You may also choose to venture independently along a network of self-guided trails, for moments of stillness and personal discovery. The full range of explorations will be available closer to the lodge’s opening in late 2026.
